Follow these steps for how to send an email to your contacts to confirm a job’s details
- Find the job in airstudio
- Take note of how many employees are assigned to the job
- Take note of the start time for your employees

It helps to copy this information into a digital notepad or some other source on your computer so you can reference it later.

- Click on the job to open it
- Click the contact’s tab

If you have multiple contacts on the job, I suggest copying the email addresses to your notepad or other source. It's most efficient to send the email to one primary contact and CC any additional contacts, ensuring everyone is included in the same email thread.

- Click ‘Notifications’
- Select the template with the name of the type of job you are sending
- For example, Contact Picture Day Confirmation - Underclass
- Click the arrow next to ‘Email Template’
- Scroll down and fill in any text that appears red with the information about your staffing and start times
- Click and delete any information or icons that are not relevant
- Important Note: You can edit any text in the body of the email but you cannot edit the subject line of the email.
- When ready, scroll back to the top and click ‘Send Notification’
- Add your contacts in the Email CC’s box. Remove one contact who will be the main recipient.
- You should also cc’ yourself so that you receive a copy of the email
- Select ‘Send Contacts Email from your Email’
- Keep one contact checked that you did enter in the cc’ section and remove any others
Click ‘Send’
- Review sent emails by clicking the arrow next to 'Sent Notifications' at the bottom
