If you are new to Nimbus, read this page before anything else. It takes about five minutes.

What Nimbus is, and what it isn't

An AI copilot inside AirStudio that reads your studio's live data, acts on it, and shows your team how to do things.

Four things it does, in rough order of how often people use them:

  1. Answers questions about jobs, sessions, subjects, organizations, orders, payments, scheduling, equipment and tasks, from live records rather than an overnight export.
  2. Produces reports and exports as PDF, Excel or CSV, with charts.
  3. Does the work. Creates and updates records, starts jobs. Changes are summarised for your approval first.
  4. Walks people through tasks on their own screen, from walkthroughs a trainer recorded once.

What it isn't

It isn't trained on your data. Nothing your studio types teaches or retrains the underlying AI.

It isn't a photo editor. Nimbus can look at an image and describe what it sees. Retouching, cropping and background removal are Photo Editing, a separate feature.

It isn't a replacement for judgement. It drafts, summarises and calculates. A person still decides what goes to a customer.

It isn't guessing at your data. When it answers with a number, that number came from a query it ran. If it can't find something, it says so rather than inventing it.

Your first five minutes

Open a chat with Nimbus and try these three. Each one shows a different way of working with it.

1. Ask about your data

How many sessions are booked in October?

You get the real total, not the first page of results. Any record it names is a link straight to that record.

2. Ask for a breakdown

Which organizations paid the most last quarter? Show me a chart.
