Organization contacts with Login Access can sign in to Airstudio and see their own organization's information. The portal gives a school administrator or corporate coordinator self-service access to the things they most often ask the studio for, without exposing your other clients or internal notes.
Contacts sign in at the same address as your staff. Their permissions are limited to the organization they belong to.
| Area | What the contact sees |
|---|---|
| Organization | Their organization's details, locations, and contacts. Internal notes and custom fields are hidden. |
| Schedule | Jobs at their organization in list and calendar views, with session counts. Staff assignments, equipment, and pay are hidden. |
| Subject Groups | Their groups with booking progress, the roster, and roster exports. |
| Subjects and Sessions | Who has booked, been photographed, or no-showed, so they can follow up with families. |
| Files | The shared folders you have opened to them, subject to the File permissions on the organization. |
| Invoices | Invoices issued to the organization, when the contact is marked to receive invoice emails. |
| E-Sign | Documents sent to them for signature. |
Contacts cannot edit organization settings, see other organizations, view staff schedules or pay, change policies, or access studio settings. Anything they can change is limited to files in folders where you have granted create permissions.

Give portal access to the one or two people at the school who field parent questions during booking season. They can check whether a student has booked and export the not-yet-booked list themselves, which removes the most common reason schools call the studio.
