What Nimbus remembers about you

Yes, Nimbus remembers. It builds a picture of how you like to work.

As you use it, it picks up things worth keeping for next time:

• Preferences, such as liking replies short and warm, or never opening with "We apologize for the inconvenience"
• Facts, such as your role, the studios you handle, and the kind of work you do
• Standing instructions, such as "always sign off as the studio, not me" or "never promise a refund without asking"

Next time you ask for a draft it pulls up what's relevant and writes with that in mind. It genuinely does get better the more you use it, and it keeps that between sessions rather than only within one conversation.

It is not learning from you in the training sense. Your prompts don't teach or retrain the underlying AI. Think of it as Nimbus keeping notes about how you like things done, not as it studying your writing. The notes are simply handed back to it each time.

Is it learning across all studios, or just ours? Just yours. Every studio's memory lives in that studio's own separate database. Nothing learned at your studio is visible to another, and nothing from another reaches you. It's tighter than that: memory is per person. One person's preferences never appear in a colleague's replies, even inside the same studio.

Getting the most from it

• Say what you want, explicitly. "Keep these under 150 words." "Always acknowledge the delay first." Those stick and shape future drafts, which is far faster than correcting the same thing repeatedly.
• Expect a new person to start from scratch. Because memory is per person, a new starter doesn't inherit anyone else's tuning.
• Contradict it when it's wrong. Telling Nimbus you've changed your mind replaces the old preference rather than stacking a second one on top.

Where your data lives and who can see it

Does our data train the AI? No. Nothing your studio types teaches or retrains the underlying model. The model is identical for every customer. What differs is the information Nimbus is given at the time it answers.

Can another studio see our data? No. Every studio's data and Nimbus memory live in that studio's own separate database. Nothing crosses between studios in either direction.

Can a colleague see what I asked? Memory is per person, so your preferences and instructions are yours alone. Conversations follow the normal permissions of the channel they're in.

What do recorded walkthroughs contain? The shape of a task, meaning which field, which button and which screen, and never the values typed into it. Passwords are never stored at all. This is why a walkthrough can be shared without carrying anyone's data.

What analysts can reach. Direct data querying is read only by design, and sensitive tables and columns are excluded from what it can see. Someone with that access can ask awkward questions without any possibility of changing a record.
