Anonomous Subject Bookings allow clients to create records for themselves if there is no matching ID / Last Name as they try to log in. This configurable at a global, organization and subject group level. If global setting is disabled, every time you create an Organization, the default value for the Organization is disabled. when you create a Subject Group associated to the Organization, the Subject Group’s default value will equal the Organizations default value. so if you want it disabled for all groups, set it once globally then never touch it again.

If there a no groups available with this feature enabled, the option to select a school, groups, first name last name after attempting student id / last name login will not appear. if there are groups with this enabled, only those groups will be available in the option to select school, group etc.
