Built into your Scheduling System is the ability to track how many “Setups” you have available vrs. how many have been scheduled on any given day. You set the limits and as jobs are booked your system will display how many are available vs. how many you have booked for the day:

To bulk assign available Setups or assets:

Select the date range you want to assign assets to:

Enter the number of available setups for the entire range here:
