Learn how to create a job for automatically scheduling subject appointments!

Auto scheduling is only available for Subject Groups that have a booking option for a free Session Package

Create, copy or edit an existing job
Complete the job information, including the job name, location, date, times, and setups
Under Subject Groups, select the subject group you want to auto schedule
Click to ‘Add Auto Schedule Time Window’
Specify the time window during which subjects should be scheduled

Multiple time windows can be added if you want to include breaks or periods when auto scheduling should not apply.

Enable notifications if you want subjects to receive alerts about their appointments
Click ‘Save’
Navigate to ‘Subject Groups’ and select the group you want to auto schedule
Select the ‘Sessions’ tab and then ‘Auto Scheduled Sessions’
Click + Auto Schedule Sessions
The table will display all subjects who haven't yet booked appointments
Choose to schedule all subjects at once or select individual subjects to schedule
Select Session Package (Only free session packages can be scheduled with auto scheduling)
Select the job, or if it's already selected, click 'Auto Schedule' to continue
The system will automatically schedule appointments for each subject according to the session duration and setup times specified in the job
