A Subject Group decides who pays and what the booking page offers. Fees for changes after booking are governed by Scheduling Policies.

The choice applies to the whole group. Create separate groups when one program is school-paid and another is family-paid.
Turn Coupons on to show a promo code field at checkout for this group. Coupons are created in Billing → Coupons and can be limited by package, date, and use count. Coupon discounts apply to the package price, not to add-ons.
A package priced at zero skips payment entirely. Policies distinguish free from paid sessions, so you can, for example, charge a no-show fee on free school sessions while refunding paid senior sessions in full.
Open the group and select Billing to see money tied to this group:
