Create a Product
Click the ‘Billing’ tab on the left navigation
Click the ‘Products’ tab

Tip: Products come with default prices, but you can adjust the price when creating an invoice—no need to make duplicate products at different price points.

Click ‘New Product’ to add a new item to the Products list
Give the product a name and default price
Check the Sales Tax box if the item includes sales tax
Add a product description (this will appear in the invoice email's details table)
Click ‘Save’

Billing a Subject
- Search for your subject by name or email
- Open the subject's record
- Click the "Billing" tab in the subject's record
- Select the "Invoices" tab
- Click "New Invoice" and "Add Product"
- Type the product name in the search field
- Select the product and enter quantity and price
- Add any footer notes and click "Save"
- After saving, the recipient will receive an email containing the invoice and payment instructions. The invoice remains in 'Open' status until payment is received.
