This guide is written for the school or organization contact. Studios can copy it into their own onboarding emails.

What you can see

Once signed in, the Files tab on your organization shows the folders your studio has shared with you. You see only files the studio has placed in a Shared folder for your organization, and only for the organizations you are attached to. If you cannot find a file you expect, ask the studio to move it into the Shared folder.

Downloading

Tick the files or folders you need and click Download. A single file downloads straight away. A folder, or a selection of more than about twenty files, is delivered as one ZIP archive that Airstudio builds in the background. A progress panel shows how it is going, and you can carry on in the meantime. When it is ready, click Download Zip.

Uploading

If the studio has allowed uploads for your organization, New Files appears in the Shared folder. Drag files in or browse to select them, then Save. The studio's account manager is notified automatically.
