For employees who work in the office, remotely, or in production roles, follow these instructions to set up their work schedule and clock-in process.

Create a Recurring Timesheet

  1. Click Timesheets > Recurring Schedules.
  2. Select the Timesheet tab within Recurring Schedules.
  3. Click + New Timesheet Recurrence.
  4. Enter a name for the new timesheet (for example, Sales Staff or Production Staff Schedule).
  5. Select a Start Date, Start Time, and End Time.
  6. Select how often you want the schedule to repeat (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
    1. If you select Weekly, you can choose which days of the week the employee is scheduled.
  7. Select when you want the schedule to end (Never, On, or after a specific date).
  8. Select a color for this work schedule.
  9. Save.
