For employees who work in the office, remotely, or in production roles, follow these instructions to set up their work schedule and clock-in process.
Create a Recurring Timesheet
- Click Timesheets > Recurring Schedules.
- Select the Timesheet tab within Recurring Schedules.
- Click + New Timesheet Recurrence.
- Enter a name for the new timesheet (for example, Sales Staff or Production Staff Schedule).
- Select a Start Date, Start Time, and End Time.
- Select how often you want the schedule to repeat (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
- If you select Weekly, you can choose which days of the week the employee is scheduled.
- Select when you want the schedule to end (Never, On, or after a specific date).
- Select a color for this work schedule.
- Save.

- Click Timesheets.
