You can create Custom Fields for most items on the platform—from Employees to Organizations, Equipment Items and More.
Navigate to Settings > Custom Field Sets to create new sets or edit existing sets.

Custom Fields appear on a tab in Jobs, Organizations, Subject Groups, Equipment, and more. Add the Field Set and edit data within the Custom Field tab:
