Booking Process: Organizations generally do not book these packages themselves. Instead, account managers or reps coordinate with schools or organizations to set up these sessions and add them to the schedule. Custom packages are required to link an organization to a job.

Custom Session Packages

Designed for internally booked jobs that require flexibility. Customize the times, specifics needs and related fees of any of your contracted services. Ideal for jobs like school photo days, candid events, commercial shoots and sports photography which typically do not require upfront payments. Since the timings and requirements of custom jobs vary widely, these sessions are not available for self-service booking but generated in your schedule by you.

How to Create a Custom Package:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Packages
  2. Click "+ New Session Package"
  3. Enter a title
  4. Check the box for "Custom Price and Duration"
  5. Enter internal notes or description (these sections are for internal use only and are not visible to external users)
  6. Save
