Steps to Use E-Sign Forms

1. Create a notification for sending the E-Sign request

2. Create the E-Sign template

3. Send the E-Sign request

4. Creating E-Sign Notifications

• Go to Settings > Notifications
• Click + New Notification
• Enter a name for the notification
• Use the Simple Email Template Builder, or click "Save" to access the Advanced Template Builder
• Create the email template, or click "Sync Template" to copy an existing template
• Add the {{ e_sign_link }} variable to link the E-Sign template
• Click "Save"
