The Employees tab is the studio phone book. Find a colleague, see their role, and call or email them without leaving the app.
Employees are listed alphabetically with their photo, name, and roles. Search by name. Filter by team when your studio has several, and switch between enabled employees, disabled, or All Employees.
Tap a name to open their profile: contact details with tap-to-call and tap-to-email, roles, group (permission level), company, and, if you are allowed to see it, last login and location. Start a direct message from Airchat by searching their name there.
Administrators and Regional Administrators can edit an employee from their phone: contact details, abbreviated name, pronouns, roles, permission group, active teams, notification switches, MFA method, and password. Delete Employee is here too and cannot be undone; prefer disabling the employee on the web.
The directory respects teams. You see employees in the teams you are active in. Disabled employees are hidden unless you switch the status filter.
