Workflow Jobs are exported manually then the CSV will be imported into an Airstudio Subject Group. The API connections to Workflow are pending, when they are ready for release from Captura, the connections will be in the background and in real time; updates in either Workflow or Airstudio will always be in sync.
Open your Workflow Job / Tools / Export
Subject Data & Images
Pick your Export Folder / Folder Name (or set these)
Pick the fields you intend to export / import into Airstudio.
Always include Subject ID / Online Code + Any other data you want available (contact information would be good to import in all cases)
Once you have all of these defaults and fields selected click Save to Create a personalized export you can use each time for this purpose
Then Export!
Now you will have a customized export to use every time - in this case it has been saved as Data Export
