Step 1: Export from Google Calendar
- On a computer, open Google Calendar
Google Calendar doesn’t have a direct CSV export button, but you can get your events as an .ics
file and then convert it to CSV. Here’s how:
Step 1: Export from Google Calendar
- On a computer, open Google Calendar.
- On the left, find My calendars. Hover over the calendar you want → click the ⋮ (More) menu.
- Select Settings and sharing.
- Scroll down to Integrate calendar.
- If you want just a one-time export:
- Go back to the main Google Calendar settings page.
- Under Import & export, click Export.
- This downloads a .zip file with
.ics
files for your calendars.
Step 2: Convert ICS to CSV
Since Google only gives .ics
, you need to convert:
- Option A: Import the
.ics
file into Excel (or Google Sheets) using an online converter (search “ICS to CSV converter”) or with software like Outlook.
- Option B: Use a tool like ics2csv.com or any free converter.
- Option C: If you’re comfortable, I can also convert your
.ics
to CSV for you here — you’d just upload the .ics
file.
