Google Calendar Integration - Before Connecting Must Have Info!

Airstudio will automatically populate Google Calendars to anyone associated to your Jobs and Assignments. If their is a Google Calendar associated to their email account the event will automatically appear in their calendar.

You are connected, now you can add this integration for:

Subject Sessions - Clients who book through Advanced Scheduling - Senior Bookings

Organization Sessions - Any organization contacts attached to your jobs will have these events appear

Employee Jobs - Employees assigned to jobs will have the events added to their calendars

Work Schedules - Employee time off requests, availability agreements, etc. will push into their calendars
