GotPhoto Orders

When the GotPhoto integration is connected, a GotPhoto Orders tab appears on the Billing page listing the print and digital orders customers place in your GotPhoto shop, matched to the Airstudio subject, subject group, and organization.

Columns

Column	Meaning
Order Number	GotPhoto's order reference
Status	The order's fulfilment status in GotPhoto
Payment Status	Pending, Completed, Canceled, or Refunded
Subject, Subject Group, Organization	Who the order belongs to, matched through the gallery
Amount, Sales Tax, Net Amount	Order value as reported by GotPhoto

Filter by order number, status, payment status, subject, subject group, or organization.

What the tab is for

Answering "did this family order?" without leaving Airstudio.
Reconciling GotPhoto revenue against a subject group or school.
Feeding commission calculations for organizations that receive a share of print sales.

Orders are read from GotPhoto and refreshed on a schedule. Refunds and fulfilment are handled in GotPhoto; Airstudio shows the result. Payment for these orders goes to your GotPhoto account, not your Stripe account, so they do not appear on the Payments tab or in the Payment Report.
