Integration Basics:

This integration is designed to sync your Organizations, Subject Groups (GotPhoto Jobs) and Subjects. When configured you can create any of those items on either the GotPhoto side or Airstudio side and they will sync. It also includes direct links to an Subject Orders from Airstudio on the Subject Record.

Sync Timing:

• When subject groups are updated in airstudio, we immediately update their name in gotphoto
• When organization names are updated in Airstudio, there is no Gotphoto api available to update the organization on their side
• When anything is updated in Gotphoto it may take hours to reflect in airstudio
• We run a job that pulls every Gotphoto record and syncs it with airstudio records. that job takes a very long time.
