Navigate to Settings > Notifications to review or edit your default notifications.
- Select the Template — Choose which notification you want to configure
- Email or SMS Checkboxes — Check to enable or leave unchecked to disable
- Recipients — Where the notification is sent
- Sends — What triggers the notification
- Email CCs and BCCs — Add an email to receive copies when notifications go out
- Template Variables — Dynamic fields that populate with real data
- Email Template — Body of the email and editing toolkit
- Email Attachments — Add attachments to your email
- SMS Template — Body of the SMS message (keep concise to reduce costs)
- Test Notification — Send a test email with sample data
- Sent Notifications — View history of notifications sent
- Save — Remember to save after making any changes!

Tip! Review all default email and SMS notifications before adding organizations. When you add new organizations, they will automatically use these default notifications.
