Airstudio provides a powerful Sync tool that allows you to duplicate notification templates efficiently. You can sync individual templates one at a time, or use the bulk sync feature to apply templates across multiple Organizations or Subject Groups simultaneously. This flexibility makes it easy to maintain consistency across your environment while saving time on manual configuration.

Steps to Sync a Notification:

1. Open the template you want to sync.
2. Select "Sync Template" at the top.
3. To use a default template, skip the Organization search and search for the template under "Template."
4. To copy a template customized for an Organization or Subject Group, search for the Organization.
5. Once you've selected the Organization or Subject Group, click the template you want to sync.
6. Click "Sync."

Steps to Bulk Sync a Notification:

1. Click the "Organizations" or "Subject Groups" tab in your environment.
2. Select the organizations or subject groups you want by clicking the checkboxes on the far right.
3. Click the "Actions" dropdown menu.
4. Select "Sync Notifications."
5. Choose Default, Organization, or Subject Group.
6. Select the individual template you want to sync with your selected groups, or click the toggle to sync all notifications.
7. Click "Sync Notification."
