When you put an employee on a job, Airstudio can tell them and ask for an answer. Their reply flows back to the schedule so you know before picture day who is actually coming.
A scheduler can also confirm assignments on an employee's behalf, singly or in bulk from the job.
Allow Staff to Deny Jobs in Settings › Studio Info controls whether the Deny option appears. With it off, employees see Confirm only, and a Deny link from an older message is refused with a message that denying is disabled for the studio.
| Notification | Goes to | When |
|---|---|---|

| Employee Job Assignment Status | Schedulers you choose | The employee confirms or denies |
| Employee Assignment Denied | Schedulers you choose | The employee denies |
| Employee Job Unassignment | The employee | Removed from the job, or the job is cancelled |
| Employee Job Reminder | Assigned employees | On the schedule you set, by default three weeks ahead |
| Employee Job Completed | Assigned employees | The job is marked complete |
| Employee Schedule | Selected employees | Sent by hand from Schedule › Actions, each employee receiving their own job list |
All of these are edited under Settings › Notifications, where you can change wording, channel, and timing, and switch each off per channel.
