The mobile app uses your Airstudio employee login and adds phone-friendly security on top.

First login

1. Open the app and enter the email address on your employee record and your password. If you have never set a password, use Forgot Password to receive a link by email.
2. If your studio requires two-factor authentication, a six-character verification code is sent by email or text, depending on the MFA method on your profile. Enter it to continue.
3. The app asks whether to enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint login. Say yes to unlock with your face or finger next time.

Biometric login

With biometric login on, opening the app after it has been closed asks for your face or fingerprint instead of your password. It can be turned on or off any time under Profile → Authentication. If your device has no biometrics enrolled, the option is hidden.

Sessions

You stay signed in until you log out or the session expires. When it expires you see Session expired. Please re-enter your credentials. and sign in again. Biometric unlock does not bypass an expired session.

Two-factor method

Profile → Security → MFA Method switches between Email and SMS for your codes. SMS needs a phone number on your profile.

Logging out

Profile → Logout. Log out on a shared or borrowed device; on your own phone, biometric login makes staying signed in safe.

What is stored on the phone

Your login token, kept in the device's secure storage, and files you choose to download. No passwords are stored. Deleting the app removes both.
