This guide walks you through the steps to manually book an appointment for a subject after the final photo deadline for their subject group has passed.
- First, review the types of sessions offered to the subject group.
- Next, go to Settings and Packages to check which Package Category is associated with the session packages you're offering to the subject group.
- This package category must be added to the bookable job before you can proceed with booking your subject.
- Once the package category is added to the job, navigate back to the subject group and locate the subject you want to book.
- You'll notice that the standard link to the subject group isn't showing because the final photo deadline has passed. To continue booking, click "Book Other Session."
- Select the package, date, and time.
- If you want to connect the subject to their subject group, click to open the session, then click the link to navigate to the job.
- Select "Edit" and you'll be able to add the subject to their organization and group. This extra step ensures the subject record in the group is accurate.
- Now, click Save and the subject's appointment is confirmed.
- Alternatively, you can add the subject to their group by clicking the Session, selecting Edit Session at the bottom, and then adding the subject's organization and group to connect them. This method might be easier than editing the job, but both options work effectively.
