These policies are edited on the Settings Tab for global settings they can also be customized at the Organization Level and Subject Group Level. The default polices are on the Settings Tab.

In the case below subjects will be prompted to agree to these policies when they schedule the session and provide a credit card number. If they violate these polices they will be automatically charged the fees.

In the setup below, Paid and Free Sessions will be assessed a $25.00 fee if they are a No Show. If they try to cancel or reschedule their session less that 24 hours before the scheduled time they will also be billed $25.00.

In an active Senior Studio these fees are not insignificant. In the case below, applied across 8000 Seniors, these policies generated roughly $15,000 in one season.

Once set at the global level here, these can be modified at the Organization Level and Subject Group Level.
