Various email and SMS notification options are available. Your new account comes with predesigned default messages that you can fully customize. The notifications tab on the side navigation bar is home for updating default notifications.

Tip! Review all default email and SMS notifications before adding organizations. When you add new organizations, they will automatically use these default notifications—unless you choose to copy notifications from an existing organization.

Template Glossary
General Notifications
- Account - Email sent when an account is created for a new user
- Booking Request - Email sent to Scheduling Managers and Analysts if a person requests information from your booking page
- Email Confirmation - Email that is sent if you add the variable {{ email_confirmation_link }} to a notification and someone clicks the link to confirm their email
- Password Reset - Email sent to a user requesting a password reset
Employee Notifications
- Employee Equipment Assignment - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee if you are editing an employee screen, check the box to ‘Send Equipment Notification’ and hit ‘Save’

- Employee Job Assignment - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee if you are editing an employee screen, check the box to ‘Send Assignment Notification’ and hit ‘Save’
- Employee Job Completed - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee after a job is completed
- Employee Job Reminder - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee prior to a job. You can customize when the notifications are sent and if you want them to repeat or not.
- Employee Job Unassignment - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee when a job is cancelled
- Employee Organization Invoice Paid - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee who is set as the Account Manager for an organization. The employee will receive this notification when an organization pays an invoice.
- Employee Organization Invoice Past Due - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee who is set as the Account Manager for an organization. The employee will receive a copy of this notification if an invoice is not paid by it’s due date.
- Employee Organization Invoice Payment Failed - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee who is set as the Account Manager for an organization. The employee will receive a copy of this notification if an organization has a failed payment.
- Employee Organization Invoice Payment Reminder - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee who is set as the Account Manager for an organization. You can customize both the timing and frequency of notifications to help collect payment for outstanding invoices.
- Employee Organization Invoice Sent - Email and/or SMS message sent to an employee who is set as the Account Manager for an organization. The employee will receive a copy of this notification when an invoice is sent to the organization.
