Job notifications can be enabled or disabled. When notifications are disabled, none of the following notifications will be sent.

• Employee notifications (job assigned, job reminders, etc.)
• Organization Contact notifications (job booked, changed, cancelled, reminders etc.)
• Subject notifications (appointment booked, cancelled, rescheduled, reminders etc.)

If the job notifications are disabled, a red alert will display when you click on a job.

Here are step by step instructions on how to enable the job notifications:

• Click on the job to open it
• Click ‘Edit’
• Scroll to the bottom of the job
• Click on the toggle next to ‘Notifications Disabled’ to set it to enabled
• Click ‘Save’
• When saved correctly, the red disabled alert will no longer display at the top of the job
