Office Staff can either have a timesheet created for them which will prompt them to clock in and out when they log in. Or they can just click on Timesheets:

Pick Job Assignment or Role:
Clock In:


Save
To Clock Out, click on the timesheet for the day:

Clock Out:

You can also create Timesheet (regular schedules) for office staff. With one of those when they log in, if they have not clocked in they will be prompted to clock in. If they are logged in and their Pre-configured timesheet shows that it is time to clock out, they will also be prompted.
This also applies to the web app and works essentially the same way.
