If you want your Task Triggered Notifications to go to the contacts attached to a given job, that is configured here. Your option is to either send it to all Organization Contacts or Just those attached to the Job the collection gets attached to:

If you want to select other contacts for a specific job or organization the collection has been added to, that needs to happen after the collection is added to a job.

It is only then that the task has a specific school to pull contacts from (not while it's a template).
