An organization stage is a status label that helps you categorize and track where each organization stands in your workflow. By assigning stages to your organizations, you gain the ability to:

Think of stages as customizable markers that reflect your unique business process—whether that's lead qualification, active engagement, partnership status, or any other meaningful categorization for your workflow.

You can include the organization stage in your data import or edit it anytime within the organization record but we highly recommend creating your company's stages before importing your organizations.

Creating New Stages and Editing Options To create new stages: • Click on any Organization and select "Edit" • Click the plus sign (+) next to Stage • Select "New Stage" • Add a name and choose a color for the stage • Click "Save"

To edit a stage's color: • Click the plus sign (+) next to Stage • Select "Edit" next to the stage name • Update the color • Click "Save"

Exit the window and all changes will be available for existing and new organizations.
