Packages represent your offered services or sessions. They are required for linking jobs to organizations or enabling subjects to book appointments themselves.

Manage Categories

A package category refers to a predefined set of services that are grouped together and can be attached to job for subjects to book. This option is mostly used for subjects who are not associated with a subject group.

Toggle these options to enable or disable the features:

1. Coupons available
2. Resits available
3. Internal - Toggle this option to disable certain packages from being displayed on your main schedule page. These are packages that you use internally and don’t want subjects to book independently.

New Session Package

There are two types of session packages that you can create:

• Custom Session Packages (Included in Start Up Plan)
• Self Service Session Packages (Available with the Advanced Scheduling Package)

Custom Session Packages

Designed for internally booked jobs that require flexibility. Customize the times, specifics needs and related fees of any of your contracted services. Ideal for jobs like school photo days, candid events, commercial shoots and sports photography which typically do not require upfront payments. Since the timings and requirements of custom jobs vary widely, these sessions are not available for self-service booking but generated in your schedule by you.

• Title - Give your package a name (Package names cannot be used more than once)
• Custom Price and Duration - Check this box
• Description - Add a description
• Save
