Session Packages define what a subject can book: the session length, the price, and the description they see. Packages are created once in Settings → Session Packages and then attached to each Subject Group.

Attaching packages to a group

1. Open the Subject Group and click Edit.
2. Scroll to Session Packages and click Add Session Package.
3. Choose a package. Repeat for each package the group may book.
4. Click Save.

Only attached packages appear on the group's booking page. A group with no packages cannot be booked.

Display order

Packages appear to subjects in the order listed on the form. Drag a package by its handle to reorder, then save. Studios commonly list the most popular or highest-value package first.

Making packages bookable on jobs

Attaching a package to a group does not by itself open appointments. Sessions become bookable when the group and package are assigned to a Job with available time. To assign a group to many jobs at once, see Assigning Subject Groups to Jobs.

Related settings

• Show Book Other Session lets subjects also book one of your public session types outside the group's packages.
• Coupons shows or hides the promo code field at checkout.
• Fees for reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, and resits are set by Scheduling Policies, not by the package.

Changing a package's price or duration in Settings affects every group it is attached to. Create a separate package when one group needs different terms.
