Airstudio Signup Jobs are designed for events where there is no pre-existing data. As Retail clients log in they are prompted to select their job, enter their information and schedule a session. This quick signup sequence is perfect for Graduation Ceremonies, Church Directories or any event where you need to log people in, collect basic data, and schedule sessions.

You can select whatever Category you prefer and can configure signup links depending upon the Category. Be sure to turn on the Toggle for “Subject Self-Assigned to Subject Group” to allow subjects to add themselves as they log in:

Save your Organization
Subject Groups are your Groups of Subjects who will be booking sessions. This could be “John Smith High School Seniors 2026”. You will be importing your student data into this group and configuring the applicable dates, deadlines, packages offered etc.
