Click New Job / Click the plus Icon by Job Type:

This will pull up your Job Types. Job Types for all jobs except Bookable Jobs should have an associated “Custom” Session Package to associate it to:

You will want a Color Coded Job Type and Custom Session Package configured for each type of job you do. As you add your Job Types, you will be prompted to connect the Session Package. This is only done once while setting up the system:

Note that the Session Packages should be configured first.
