Click ‘Edit’ in a Subject Group to set up your custom policies for No Shows, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Resit. Scroll until you see ‘Policies’ to adjust the settings. You'll see options to use Default, Organization, or Subject Group settings. For custom settings specific to a group, choose "Subject Group" from these options.

To disable all payment requirements and charges for sessions, configure the policy settings as follows:
