There are numerous advantages to creating a subject group in an organization.
- Subjects can be in multiple groups if they have the same ID number or email which provides easy access to information from past years.
- You can add subject groups to bookable jobs so they can book their own appointments online.
- You can set start and end dates for groups to be photographed. If a group is attached to a job that is scheduled for after the last photo date, the group will not be able to book an appointment for that job.
- You can create customized notifications that are tailored to that group.
- You can utilize integration tools to link galleries for subjects in groups that will provide quick navigation to their photo galleries.
