To take one notification (or all) and push it to all of your Organizations and/or Subject Groups, go to the Organization (or Subject Group) Tab, select the Organizations you want to sync the Notification to, confirm that you want to do this, select the the notification(s) you want to copy to all the Organizations, press Sync - That source Notification will be copied over the contents of all of those you have selected:
