The Task Dashboard allows you to manage multiple staff members, jobs, school accounts and be sure everything is moving as planned. If something is showing up as late it is easily seen on a summary level and with one click you can access detailed Workflow Tasks:

Task Priorities

Mark tasks Urgent, High, Medium, or Low — fully customizable per studio with your own labels, colors, and ordering. Priority shows up as a sortable column on the Tasks page.

Studios were losing urgent rework, retouching tickets, and lab callbacks at the bottom of the task list. Priority is now a first-class field on every task with notifications that fire when it changes.

Setting priority

Open any task and pick a priority from the menu. Or multi-select tasks on the Tasks page and change priority in bulk — same as the bulk-edit Status feature.

Customize the levels for your studio

The four default levels (Urgent, High, Medium, Low) are fully customizable. Rename them to match your studio's internal language — Rush, Hold, Customer Waiting — change the colors, and reorder them. Configuration lives in Task settings.
