• Your School, League, Corporation, information and contacts.

Subject Group

• Your Gotphoto Job (Scott's Amazing Baseball Camp 2026)

Scheduled Event

• Schedule = Actual days spent photographing that group
• Saturday 04/11 - 6:00 - 12:00 - Three Specific Photographers, One Receptionist
• Sunday 04/12 - 7:00 - 3:00 - Two Individual Photographers, One Group Photographer, One Receptionist

They are three separate items managing the Job, one manages the Organization information and contacts, one the group, photos, subjects, galleries (Subject Group), the last manages the actual photography, staff and email and txt notifications (Scheduled Events). When correctly added you will see the Subject Group's Scheduled Events in it's Schedule tab:

These events, in addition to all events scheduled for that Organization will appear in that Organization's Schedule Tab (and their portal when they log in):

Tasks:

Tasks are attached to a Scheduled Event and manage the workflow from start to finish, assigning tasks to staff, tracking progress, automating customized emails, etc. Tasks for a specific Organization, Subject Group or Scheduled Event can be seen in the Task Tab for that item:

Company Wide Tasks can be tracked and viewed in total or by Employee, Organization, Job or any other search filter on the Task Dashboard:
