Upload and download links let you exchange files with people outside your studio. Upload links bring files in, download links send files out. Both can be opened in any browser.
Each link is set to one of two access levels when you create it. A public link can be opened by anyone who has it. A restricted link additionally requires the recipient to be signed in to Airstudio, so it is only suitable for contacts who already have portal access.
