The Work Schedule tab is where you tell the studio when you are available, when you are not, and when you will be in the office. Schedulers see it when assigning jobs.

The calendar

A week view with the number of events on each day. Tap a day to see its events; each card shows the event type, time or All Day, and whether a timesheet is linked or approval is pending.

Adding an event

  1. Tap New Work Schedule.
  2. Choose the Event Type, for example Time Off Request, Unavailable, or Available. The list comes from your studio.
  3. Pick the Date. Turn on All Day, or enter a Start and End time.
  4. Add a Location and Notes if useful.
  5. Optionally turn on Create Linked Timesheet to make a timesheet for an office shift at the same time, or Sync to Google Calendar if your calendar is connected.
  6. Save.

Event types that require approval show as Pending until a manager approves them. Types that send a notification tell the manager the moment you save.

Editing and deleting

Open an event to change it or delete it. Deleting an event with a linked timesheet unlinks the timesheet rather than deleting it. Unsaved changes prompt before you leave.

Recurring events

Recurring availability, such as every Monday off, is set up on the web and appears here as individual events.

See Work Schedules & Time Off for event types, approval, and how schedulers use availability.
