Teams divide a studio into regions, departments, or crews. Assigning a Subject Group to teams controls which staff see it, which jobs its subjects can book, and lets you export or report on one team's portion of a large group.

Assigning teams to a group

When creating or editing a group, select one or more teams in the Teams field. Groups that span several regions, such as a district-wide contract, can belong to several teams at once.

The Teams tab

Open the group and select the Teams tab to see each team attached to the group.

• New Team adds another team to the group.
• Default marks the team that newly added subjects join when no team is specified.
• Delete removes the team from the group. Subjects on that team must be reassigned first.

Assigning subjects to a team

• On import, map a column to Subjects Team and each row is placed on the named team.
• Individually, edit the subject and change their team.
• In bulk, select subjects in the Subjects table and choose Reassign Team.

A subject can only be moved to a team whose jobs their booked sessions belong to. When a bulk reassignment skips anyone for this reason, the result message lists them so you can adjust their sessions and try again.

Where teams matter

• Booking. Subjects see appointments on jobs assigned to their team.
• Staff visibility. Employees scoped to a team see that team's groups and jobs.
• Exports. The bulk Subject Group export can be limited to selected teams. See Exports.
• Reports. Session and booking reports can be filtered by team.
