The Timesheets tab is where the day's hours are recorded. Clock in when you start, clock out when you finish, and the office sees it live.
Clock-in for a job is available only on the day of the job.
Office staff and anyone working a shift that is not a scheduled job tap New Timesheet on the Timesheets tab, choose a Role, and clock in. Employees on a recurring schedule find their shift already listed.
If you tap Clock In while another timesheet is still clocked in, the app offers Clock Out & Clock In Here or Open Other Timesheet. You cannot be clocked in twice.
While you are clocked in, your phone shows it outside the app:
Tap either to jump straight to the timesheet. Both disappear when you clock out, and the app reconciles them on launch so a stale indicator never lingers.
Open the timesheet and tap Clock Out. Location is recorded again. If you forget, Airstudio closes the timesheet automatically at the end of the day and flags it for review, so tell your manager the real time.
The timesheet shows your hours under Time Tracking, and Pay if you are allowed to see it. Add Expenses and Notes before the manager reviews it. See Timesheets, Expenses, and Receipts.
