Every clock-in creates a timesheet. The Timesheets tab lists yours, and each one holds the hours, expenses, files, and notes the office needs to pay you.

The list

Timesheets are listed newest first, filtered by a From and To date range. Each card shows the date, job or role, hours, and whether it is clocked in, clocked out, or approved. Pull down to refresh.

Inside a timesheet

Section What it shows
Details Job or role, date, scheduled start and end, and the team.
Time Tracking Clock In and Clock Out buttons, each punch with its time, and total hours.
Pay Rate and total, shown only to those permitted to see pay.
Expenses Every expense on the timesheet, with a count in the header.
Files Receipts and other documents attached to the timesheet.
Notes A note to the reviewer, for example why you stayed late.

Adding an expense

  1. Open the timesheet and tap New Expense.
  2. Choose an Expense Type from the studio's list, enter the Cost, and add Notes.
  3. Save. The expense now has its own Files section.
  4. Tap the expense, then Files, and photograph the receipt or choose it from your photos.

Expenses can be edited or deleted until the timesheet is approved. Mileage is calculated by the office from your clock-in locations and appears as a Travel expense; you do not enter it.

Editing times

If your studio allows employees to edit their own timesheets, the start and end times can be changed here until the timesheet is approved. Otherwise, add a note and your manager will correct it.

Approval

Approved timesheets are read-only. If something is wrong after approval, ask your manager, who can reopen it on the web.

For how managers review, approve, and export, see Timesheets.
