The Organizations Import tool requires data in the following structure:

• One row for each contact at the organization
• Organization name must be exactly the same for each contact within an organization
  • Contact us for help if you have multiple schools with the same name

Preparing Your Data:

Default Fields for Organizations:

• Organization Name
• Teams
• Account Manager Full Name: Account Rep from Your Company
• Organization Category: Required: School or Commercial
  • Review Variables and Booking Links to determine whether to label your organization as a School or Commercial
• Stage Name
• Task Collection Name
• Contact Information: Organization Contacts (Include one row per contact)

Custom Fields

We highly recommend pulling all available data for your organizations when running your import. This includes any custom fields you want to add beyond Airstudio's default set. Match the column headers in your data file with the custom field names for the most efficient matching.
