Your account will be set-up with a set of Default Notifications that are fully customizable. You can also create New Notifications and use the Sync Templates tool for a streamlined process.

New Notifications
Create custom templates that can be used to notify subjects, employees and organization contacts.
How to Create a New Notification
- Click "New Notification" in the Notifications tab and give it a name
- Choose between two template options: use the Simple Email Template Builder for basic emails without graphics, or continue with the Standard Email Template Builder by leaving the 'Simple Email Template Builder' checkbox unchecked. We will continue for now with the Standard Email Template.
- Click Save to Continue
Building Your Email Template
- Select specific Organizations or Subject Groups from the search boxes to save the new template for those groups. Leave the boxes blank if you want to create this email template for general use.
- Click the arrow icon next to Template Variables to view available variables
- Click the arrow icon next to "Email Template" to begin creating your template
- If you are set up to send email and SMS notifications, use the eye icon in the upper right to toggle between the Desktop, Tablet and Mobile views
- Pull content from the left, drag and drop into the email to place it
- Use the ‘Blocks’ icon to add columns to your email
- Click 'Body' to customize global email settings, including font type, size, and link colors
- All emails must include the {{ unsubscribe_link }} or it will not save
Building Your SMS Template
- Click the arrow next to SMS Template to build your SMS message
- All SMS messages must include the {{ unsubscribe_link }} or it will not save
- Check with your Twilio representative for tips on optimizing usage and cost effective options
- Tip to Optimize Message Content: Shorten messages to reduce costs, as some providers charge per character or per message part
