The Sessions tab on a subject lists every session across all of their groups, past and upcoming, with job, location, package, and status. It is also where staff act on a subject's sessions without opening the job.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Upcoming | Booked and in the future. |
| Completed | Marked complete by staff; the subject has been photographed. |
| Missed | Marked as a no-show. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by the subject or staff. |
| Rescheduled | Replaced by a later booking; kept for history. |
| Resit | An additional session booked after a completed one. |
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Book Group Session | Books a new session for one of the subject's groups, using that group's packages and the jobs it is assigned to. |
| Book Other Session | Books one of your public session types outside the subject's groups. |
| Reschedule | Moves the session to another time. Fees follow the group's policy; staff can waive them. |
| Change Session | Switches the session to a different package. Add-ons the new package offers are carried over; others are dropped and refunded or retained per policy. |
| Cancel | Cancels the session and applies the cancellation policy. Staff can waive the fee. |
| Schedule Resit | Books an additional session after a completed one, recording the reason. The Resit Policy decides the fee. |
| Gallery | Opens the subject's gallery for the session's group. |
Opening a session shows its details, add-ons, payments, and notifications, and lets staff mark it complete or no-show.
When a family cannot use the booking page, or the booking window has closed, staff can book on their behalf either from the job or through the subject's page. See Booking on a Subject's Behalf.
