- Decide whether to divide the platform by Teams. Ideal for those with multiple regions or specific product categories such as Seniors, Sports, Graduations.
- Assign users to one or multiple Teams to limit access to only their relevant data.
- Each Team can also have unique branding, email senders, and settings.
- Your platform is delivered with the email sender [email protected].
- You can update to a branded sender ([email protected]) with all emails forwarded to you.
- Optional upgrade to full email channeling through your email sender for an additional charge ([email protected]).
If you want to use SMS which is highly recommended.
- Start early—Twilio approval takes time.
- Setup enables SMS for staff, organizations, and session reminders to ensure on-time arrivals and correct locations.
Handling payments and billing requires connecting your Stripe Account.
- You will need to create or log into your Stripe account.
- Plan a short call with Airstudio to connect credentials for payment processing and billing.
- Connect Airstudio to your Ecommerce Gallery and Fulfill Site for seamless management of the client experience and sales process. Current integrations include Gotphoto, Captura and a simpler integration that provides links to all client galleries directly from Airstudio.
- Set your global No-Show, Cancellation, and Resit policies.
