- Packages -The session packages being made available to the group.
- Organization - You will need an Organization / School to attached the Group to
- Subject Group - This is the group of students being marketed to and booked (XYX Seniors 2027)
- Event / Job - These are the days
Add Packages (What sessions are being offered):
Add an Organization (If it’s not already there):
Scroll Down to Contacts and Expand / Add Contact:
Add additional Contacts with the Add Contact prompt at the bottom
Expand Locations / Add Locations
Add as many locations as you want
Expand Session Packages Backgrounds (this allows you to specify the backgrounds required for the organization’s sessions. This information will be used on Job Shoot Day Management Logs:
